Ellen Patricia (Eileen) McCloskey (née Henderson), late of the Culmore Park area of Derry, passed away on February 28. Beloved wife of the late Colm, loving mother of Marie, Colm, Patricia, Philomena and Martin, mother-in-law of Redmond, Marta, Vincent, Danny and Catherine, and a dear and loving grandmother and great-grandmother, dear sister of Paddy, George, Roy and the late Betty, Rita, Kathleen, Joe, Geraldine, Hugh and Joe McKernan. The Funeral will leave her daughter Philomena’s home [Ardnashee] on Thursday (March 1) at 9.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock in St. Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn (see right). Interment to follow in the City Cemetery, Derry (see right). Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her.
