Death Notice for Joan Smith
Joan Smith, late of the Hawthorn Hill area of Newry, passed away on May 20. R.I.P. Beloved wife of Edward and loving mother of Gerry and Timothy. Her remains will repose in Digney’s Funeral Home, Newry (see right) until removal on Monday (May 21) at 5.30 p.m. to arrive at The Church of The Assumption, Dromalane (see right) at 6 o’clock. The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday (May 22) at 10.30 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Newry (see right). House private. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.
