Death Notice for Denis Calvert
Denis George (Big Denis) Calvert, late of the Church Street area of Portaferry, passed away on September 2. Dearly loved partner of Maggie and friend to Jenny and Anna, eldest son of Florence and the late Gerald, father of Aaron and Róisin, brother of Barry, Michael, Sheelagh and Peter, grandfather of Alisha, Daniel and Ben. Funeral from his late residence on Wednesday (September 5) at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Whitechurch Cemetery, Ballywalter (for directions, see right), arriving at 12.30 p.m. No flowers please. Donations in lieu of flowers have been requested (for details, see right).
