Hospice organisations launch Christmas appeals

Local hospice organisations have launched their annual Christmas fund raising appeals.

The Northern Ireland Hospice, the Southern Area Hospice and the Foyle Hospice are all appealing for support. 

The organisations are offering people the opportunity to dedicate a light on their Christmas trees to a relative or loved one who has passed away.

Foyle Hospice is calling its initiative the Light Up A Life Appeal (see logo above). For further details and to make a donation please

The Southern Area Hospice is running the Light Up A Life campaign.
